If you’re someone who likes wrestling then you have come to the right place. In my years working as a wrestling coach of high-school kids, I have learned that wrestling has to do with mental strength as much as it has to do with physical strength and wrestling techniques. And this is why I decided to share my knowledge with you as it might help you reach some answers sooner rather than later.

By dedicating my time to this blog, I have also grown as a wrestling coach. Soon, my career might take another turn and place me among college wrestlers. But that doesn’t mean that my experience so far hasn’t been unfulfilling. However, there is a challenge that comes with older students, since I have to adapt my psychological approach once again.
