How to advertise an upcoming tournament or camp

To advertise an upcoming tournament on this site, please e-mail me a "MS Word" document with the following info;

                    1. Date and Location of the Tournament.

                    2. Age groups and Weight classes Available.

                    3. Style of wrestling, including period times, starting positions, etc.

                    4. Entry Fee Cost & Deadline Date.

                    5. Entry Form

                    6. A Contact person preferably with Phone # and E-mail address.

This E-mail with MS Word attachment will be accepted only from either the Tournament Director or a member of the Boosters/Club that is sponsoring the tournament.  This service will be posted with $30.00 charge.  If you are unable to supply the Entry Form in MS Word form, I can reformat it off of a text file  (.txt).  

Please include if you would like to be included as a TOP 20 Point Scoring Event.  If you make this commitment, the wrestlers and parents will be relying on you to complete the paperwork.  Not turning in the results reflect poorly on your school system and your wrestling program.  TOP 20 Guidelines

If you cannot send an e-mail with MS Word document, you can also fax a copy of the document to (614)766-9992.  If you need to do it this way I do charge an additional $20.00 to duplicate the fax (input) into a MS Word document.

More than one tournament?  Here is a breakdown of rates for multiple tournaments;

    10 - $200.00                              10 + Banner - $230.00                            10 + 10 Banners - $550.00

***Because of non-payment situations with some programs, I am forced to require payment received before the tournament or camp posting will be posted.  In past years I posted the materials on a honor basis, but unfortunately many programs took advantage of my generosity and neglected to follow up as promised.

What you receive for this fee is:

                1. A listing on the most current tournament page.

                2. A printable linked MS Word Document & Adobe Acrobat Document for your entry forms.

                3. Inclusion in the TOP 20 Point Scoring System (Novice, Team & Pre-Qualifying events are excluded)

                3. An e-mail to the OhioWrestler.com e-mail group

                4. This fee covers all the free functions provided by OhioWrestler.com

                    4. Style of wrestling.

                    5. Entry Fee Cost & Deadline Date.

                    6. Entry Form / Application Form.

                    7. A Contact person preferably with Phone # and E-mail address.
